Wicked Women (1988–96) was a delectable sex-positive zine published by Jasper and Tiger three decades ago when they decided Australian dykes deserved more accurate representation.

In the 1980s, lesbians had a serious PR problem. Dykes we knew were nothing like the man-hating, hairy, butt of jokes seen on TV. To be fair, we did not shave our armpits, and I could count my straight male friends on one finger, but that is not the point. The point is: we were smoking hot!
